Curriculum Development Team (2016): Contributed to structuring new courses during the establishment of the Industrial Engineering program. Leveraging insights from leading Industrial Engineering programs across Turkish universities and my two years of industry experience, I proposed a comprehensive four-year undergraduate curriculum.
Erasmus Coordinator of the Industrial Engineering Department (2017 – 2021): Provided orientation to students regarding the Erasmus program, assisted with the selection of equivalent courses, and guided students in preparing their learning agreements.
Undergraduate Student Advisor (2019 – 2021): Advised over 60 undergraduate students on course selection, guided them through curriculum options, and approved their course enrollments.
High School Outreach Coordinator of Engineering Faculty (2017 – 2021): Communicated with top high schools in Türkiye to schedule meetings and presentations, coordinated faculty presenters, and reported feedback after each presentation.
Student Accessibility Coordinator (2017 – 2021): Ensured that students with disabilities received the necessary support to fully participate in academics and campus life.
